Sector 11. Poor layer efficiency, especially in Phi1 and Theta.
It is uniform in the chamber: see below the efficiency wire by wire
and here the efficiency as a function of drift distance in Phi1.
Probably bad gas conditions during data taking.
(Better behaviour at sector commissioning may 2007?)
