edg-replica-manager command suite is designed as user interface
to GDMP and to data management tools. As GDMP, also the RM (Replica
Manager) commands need a configuration file to setup the VO environment.
The configuration file is defined either by the environment variable
RC_CONFIG_FILE or using the
-c option in the command.
The configuration file may contain comment lines, i.e. lines starting with
# character. The file contains definitions in the form:
with one single line for each parameter/value pair. Note that most values are URL or network names, therefore the lines may be very long.
