Hotel reservation can be made when registering online.
In case of special demands concerning accomodation, please fill out the dedicated section of the reservation form.
A few cheaper rooms, aimed especially at students or young postdocs, are available as special demand on a first come first served basis. A limited number of flats will be available on request in the dedicated section "Requests and special need".

Prices are quoted in Euro per room per night. They are inclusive of taxes, service and breakfast. Reservation fee € 22,00 (20% VAT included) per room not refundable.
Hotel reservation must be made before August 3rd, 2009 and must be followed by the deposit. After this deadline, reservation will be accepted only if rooms are still available.
If no more rooms are available in the requested hotel, a reservation will be made in a hotel of the same category. No reservation will be accepted without the deposit whose amount corresponds to a one night stay in the hotel category of your choice and the reservation fee of € 22,00 (VAT 20% included) for each room. Please note that hotel rooms will be booked only upon reception of the hotel deposit by credit card or bank transfer. The deposit will be deducted from the hotel bill when checking out. The invoice for the total amount will be issued by the hotel. Noema Incoming will reserve the rooms on a first-come first-served basis. Each participant will receive written confirmation for reservation together with the invoice corresponding to the reservation fee of € 22,00 (VAT 20% included).
For Cancellations sent to Noema Incoming before August 3rd, 2009, the organization will charge reservation fee of € 22,00 (20% VAT included) and will reimburse 80% of deposit corresponding to one night stay. For Cancellations made after this term no reimbursement will be made. Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing to Noema Incoming. Refund will be dealt with after the Conference.
No Refund will be possible in case of no-show. In case of advanced departure, the hotel will charge the entire amount for the whole number of nights booked at the moment of registration.
Invoice will be sent by mail before the Conference. Invoice must be issued to all registered participants. Please pay attention to properly fill in the “Invoice data” section of the registration form.
