Registration of participants from industry

The registration fee for participants from industry is the same as that for participants from scientific institutions. A limited number of stands, consisting of a small table and two 70 cm x 100 cm panels, will be available for industries and companies wishing to show their exhibits and posters. The stands will be located in the corridor leading to the conference room. The cost of a stand for the period of the conference is 500 € (+VAT). If your company is interested, please send a fax to Servizio Congressi (+39 0577 232134) or an e-mail to Serena Mazza (mazza@unisi.it), specifying that your company would like to have a stand. The fax/e-mail should include the fiscal data, address, and telephone number of your company, and the name of the person we may contact for further information. The administration of the University of Siena will then send an invoice directly to your company.

Additional information

Should your company not wish to participate directly in the conference events with representatives, but only send us A4 leaflets or short form catalogues to be inserted in the delegates' bags, the cost is 500 € (+VAT) and the inserts should arrive in Siena, at the address
