{"id":42250,"date":"2021-02-17T09:32:46","date_gmt":"2021-02-17T08:32:46","guid":{"rendered":"\/calcolo\/?page_id=42250"},"modified":"2021-10-07T11:43:46","modified_gmt":"2021-10-07T09:43:46","slug":"use-of-wireless-network","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"\/calcolo\/en\/use-of-wireless-network\/","title":{"rendered":"Use of wireless network"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans; font-size: 18px; background-color: #ffffff; color: #007bb3;\">Use of wireless network<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" style=\"font-family: Open Sans; font-size: 16px;\">Check that the wireless signal of the INFN network in Bologna is present in the classrooms \/ rooms where the meeting, conference or convention is planned. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\" style=\"font-family: Open Sans; font-size: 16px;\">If the wireless signal is present, the participants in the meeting, conference or <br \/>convention will be able to access it in the following ways:<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;font-size: 16px\">INFN employees and associates will be able to use the <strong>INFN-dot1x<\/strong> wireless network.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;font-size: 16px\">Users of organizations joining the EDUROAM federation will be able to use the <strong>EDUROAM<\/strong> wireless network. <br>The INFN-dot1x and EDUROAM networks must have been <strong>previously configured at the home office<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;font-size: 16px\">For those who do not belong to the two previous categories, to obtain access to the Wireless Network, the <strong>organizer<\/strong> of the meeting, conference or convention must fill out a generic request form specifying the number of accounts needed and the duration of the meeting, conference or convention. (from date &#8211; to date). <br>The computing and network service will provide the organizer with the required number of accounts by delivering, in a sealed envelope, the personal credentials to be assigned to the participants (see an example <a href=\"\/calcolo\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2021\/02\/foglio-account-wireless.pdf\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener nofollow noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" title=\"Open page here\">here<\/a>). <br>The credentials will be valid to access the wireless <strong>INFN-Web<\/strong>. <br><strong>Whoever<\/strong> organizes the meeting, conference or convention will have the task of:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;font-size: 16px\" lang=\"en\">register the people to whom credentials will be assigned by filling out a form that must contain the user&#8217;s data and signature (<a href=\"\/calcolo\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2021\/02\/RegistrazioneWireless.pdf\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" title=\"Open page Facsimile form\">Facsimile form<\/a>).<br><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;font-size: 16px\">The form completed in all its parts must be delivered, at the end of the meeting, conference or convention, to the Management Service; provide a copy of the Entity&#8217;s IT specification, so that it can be accepted (<a href=\"https:\/\/web.infn.it\/CCR\/images\/stories\/upload_file\/sicurezza_informatica\/Sicurezza_Informatica_aggiornata\/Disciplinare_2020_IT.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow external noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" title=\"Open page in new tab ITA\">ITA<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/web.infn.it\/CCR\/images\/stories\/upload_file\/sicurezza_informatica\/Sicurezza_Informatica_aggiornata\/Disciplinare_2020_EN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow external noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" title=\"Open page in new tab ENG\">ENG<\/a> specification);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;font-size: 16px\">provide the necessary information relating to the processing of personal data (<a href=\"https:\/\/dpo.infn.it\/documenti-dpo\/informative-e-modelli-personalizzabili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow external noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" title=\"Open page in new tab information\">information<\/a>).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Use of wireless network Check that the wireless signal of the INFN network in Bologna is present in the classrooms \/ rooms where the meeting, conference or convention is planned.
