Information on Fees

We sincerely regret to ask fees to the participants, but without your contribution and seen the dramatic cuts to research funds recently experienced, we would have serious difficulties to collect the necessary budget to offer a workshop at the standard of the previous ones.

The amount of fees per participant has been fixed to:

• € 100 if paid in advance via bank transfer
  
• € 110 if paid cash upon arrival
  

The fees include: 20% IVA (=VAT), social dinner, coffee breaks, and a contribution towards the invitation of the plenary speakers.

Social dinner for accompanying persons are not included and will be collected (€25) cash by the secretaries upon arrival.

Payments: you can pay with two methods:

• in advance via bank transfer: €100 to the following bank co-ordinates:

• Please write as reason of payment: "Workshop CFT2011: fees Yourname - Surname" (or more names if paid at once).
• We strongly suggest to operate the transfer by September 2 at latest. This is important for our administration to prepare the receipts.
• Collect the transfer document issued by your bank and bring it with you to show in case of controversial.
• If the fee can be paid directly by your Institution and this is based in E.U. and has an accounting VAT number, this has to be written in the form below.
  
• cash at the registration on the first day of workshop: €110

We regret not to be able to accept credit card payments.

Receipt: a receipt will be given to all participants upon registration on the arrival day. The administrators of our Dept. need to know the exact data for facturation, so we invite you, please, to fill in the following form, whatever mean of payment you choose.
