Information on Fees

We sincerely regret to ask fees to the participants, but without your contribution and seen the dramatic cuts to research funds recently experienced, we would have serious difficulties to collect the necessary budget to offer a workshop at the standard of the previous ones.

The amount of fees per participant has been fixed to:

The fees include: 20% IVA (=VAT), social dinner, coffee breaks, and a contribution towards the invitation of the plenary speakers.

Social dinner for accompanying persons are not included and will be collected (€25) cash by the secretaries upon arrival.

Payments: you can pay with two methods:

We regret not to be able to accept credit card payments.

Receipt: a receipt will be given to all participants upon registration on the arrival day. The administrators of our Dept. need to know the exact data for facturation, so we invite you, please, to fill in the following form, whatever mean of payment you choose.
