The sensor will withstand radiation fluences up to 10<sup>16<\/sup> 1 MeV neq\/cm<sup>2<\/sup>, and the readout chip 1 Grad. In addition, algorithms for online track reconstruction and fast readout (bandwidth &gt; 1 TB\/s) will be developed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Local activities: <\/strong>the Bologna Group is mainly involved in the development of fast tracking algorithms at FE level and in the readout electronics.
