color: #007bb3;\"><em>OBLIGATIONS RELATED TO CONTRACT <span style=\"font-family: Open Sans; font-size: 21px;\">CONTRACTS<\/span> OR WORK OR ADMINISTRATION CONTRACT<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The current legislation, which regulates relations with contracting companies or self-employed workers in the case of assignment of works to be carried out at our offices, poses certain obligations:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">verification, technical and professional suitability of contractors or self-employed workers in relation to the works to be awarded in the contract or by means of a work or administration contract;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">detailed information on the specific risks existing in the environment in which contractors and self-employed workers are destined to operate and on the prevention and emergency measures taken;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">cooperation and coordination for the implementation of the prevention and protection measures against risks at work subject to the contract through the elaboration of a single risk assessment document, to be attached to the contract or work contract, which indicates the measures taken to eliminate interference.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">cooperation and coordination for the implementation of the prevention and protection measures against risks at work subject to the contract through the elaboration of a single risk assessment document, to be attached to the contract or work contract, which indicates the measures taken to eliminate interference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In order to comply with the above, operating procedures have been established for the correct management of relations with contracting companies and \/ or with self-employed workers who perform any type of work within our office.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #007bb3;\"><em><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans;\">PROCEDURES<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"> FOR THE APPLICATION OF ART. 26 Legislative Decree 81\/08<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The procedures differ according to whether the works present interference risks or not:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"><strong>Risky contact between the client&#8217;s staff and that of the contractor or between the staff of different companies operating in the same company headquarters:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"><strong>resulting from overlapping of multiple activities carried out by operators of different contractors;<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"><strong>placed in the client&#8217;s workplace by the contractor&#8217;s work;<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"><strong>existing in the client&#8217;s workplace, where the contractor is expected to operate, additional to those specific to the contractor&#8217;s own business;<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"><strong>arising from particular methods of execution explicitly requested by the client (which involve additional dangers compared to those specific to the contracted activity).<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
