The registration fee is 390 € if paid by 28 July 2025, and 450 € if paid after 28 July, and until 7 September, date after which the registration will be closed. It covers welcome party, coffee/tea breaks, lunches and the conference dinner.

As from the morning of 15 September, the Conference secretariat will be open at the San Francesco Cloister of the University of Siena, where badges and conference kits will be given to the participants.
