The following maximum page lengths apply:
25' talks (20' + 5'): 10 pages
20' talks (17' + 3'): 8 pages
Posters: 6 pages

LaTeX2e guidelines

The EPJ WoC document class is derived from the LaTeX2e article.cls based on TEX version 3.141 and LaTeX2e. You may use it with the LaTeX engine or the PDFLaTeX engine. Be sure that the LaTeX version is at least the 2007 version. If you version is older than 2007, please update it. If you are unable to easily update your old version, you may add some specific packages in your local directory. The template in LaTeX2e, designed for EPJ Web of Conferences, is available here:

Microsoft Word guidelines

format A4 (210 x 297 mm) paper size, two columns format

PDF guidelines

Authors are asked to supply PDFs for all online and print publication. Before making your PDF, please check our PDF guidelines.

Authors are asked to submit their documents directly to the conference organizers.
