INFN pursues equality, equal opportunities, respect for people and professionalism and the well-being of those who work: conditions, these are also functional to the excellence of the Authority itself.
The Single Guarantee Committee (CUG) is the INFN body responsible for the implementation of these conditions, through regular monitoring of the situation of staff, on the one hand, and, on the other, through initiatives aimed both at solving the critical issues identified and at raising awareness among all the members of the Body regarding equality and equal opportunities.
The Bologna Section is historically sensitive to the issues of the CUG, in line with which it has seen several local initiatives develop.
This page is proposed as an archive of past initiatives and as a tool for exchanging information, materials, ideas: available to people interested in contributing or even just in informing themselves.
