Modern amplitude methods have significantly advanced our understanding of quantum field theory, enabling precise predictions across diverse fields including collider experiments and gravitational waves.

As the LHC enters a new era of precision physics with the ongoing Run 3 and planned High-Luminosity upgrade, increasingly complex multi-loop computations are essential to ensure theoretical predictions match the precision of experimental data (generally at the percent level).

Similarly, following LIGO/Virgo’s discoveries and looking toward next-generation observatories and LISA, these methods are now critical for predicting gravitational-wave observables.

Our team aims to keep INFN at the forefront of these cutting-edge amplitude evaluations for both collider and gravitational-wave observables.
