indicating both the machine and the operating system in question and giving
an exact description of the problem (Request Form).
The service guarantees support on working days from 9.30 to 12.00 and from
14.00 to 15.30, except on Friday afternoon.
Of course, it is understood that for truly serious and urgent problems, the
staff is available by telephone during all working hours.
