Affiliations

In order to ask for affiliation to INFN, please email to prot@bo.infn.it the following:

Faculty Staff
The affiliation lasts one year and gets automatically renewed unless specified by the affiliate:
Personal data form (See the attachment);
Short CV;
List of publications (last 3 years);
Authorization of the employer;
Research program (.doc extension).

Non-academic researchers and High School teachers
The affiliation lasts one year and is renewed upon request:
Personal data form (See the attachment);
Short CV;
List of publications (last 3 years);
Authorization of the employer;
Research program (.doc extension).

Post-doc fellows (University or other Research Institution)
The affiliation lasts untill the end of the fellowship:
Personal data form (See the attachment);
Fellowship contract (copy)
Research program (.doc extension).
Renewals will be approved upon receiving a copy of the fellowship contract or a certificate from the home institution.

University Masters students organized in collaboration with INFN
Duration of the association: legal duration of the course of study attended
Personal data form (See the attachment);
Self-certification of enrollment in the master
Authorization from the Director of the course attended
Research program (.doc extension).

PhD students
The affiliations lasts 3.5 years:
Personal data form (See the attachment);
PhD student status declaration.
Authorization of the PhD program coordinator, specifying whether the student is also a fellowship recipient.
Research program (.doc extension).

Master students
The fellowship is granted until graduation (in any case, it cannot exceed twelve months):
Personal data form (See the attachment);
Student status certification, including transcripts (G.P.A. not below 26/30). Only second year students are eligible;
Research program (.doc extension).

Retired Faculty or Research Fellows
The affiliation lasts one year and is renewed upon request.
Motivational letter to the attention of the Division Director;
Personal data form (See the attachment);
Short CV;
List of publications (last 3 years);
Research program (.doc extension).
