Local contacts for HR trainings, appointed by directors, help defining HR traning plans, provide logistic and accounting support needed for training execution, manage section’s budget approving expenses, prepare preliminary and final balance for the trainings on own location, connect local site with the training coordination office (UCF) and the national training committee (CNF), keep themselves trained and then train employees in order to provide high quality trainings.
